Made in the USA, Eagle Floats™ are molded floats that can be used on new or existing docks to improve the levelness of the dock, gain freeboard and eliminate twisting. They can also be utilized in new construction of timber or truss dock systems.

Eagle Floats™ are encapsulated foam floatations designed by veteran plastics company, Hendren Plastics. Utilizing state-of-the-art materials and a computer-aided design process, these floats are crafted with durability, maximum strength and buoyancy in mind.

Built using cutting edge steam-fusion and rotational molding technologies, Eagle Floats™ are the highest quality product out on the market today. They are ultra-sonically tested for wall thickness, pressure-tested in tanks to ensure accurate buoyancy ratings (certified load cell pressure testing) and also rigorously tested for water absorption (Hunt absorption test.)

 

SIZING

Eagle Floats™ are perfect for both large-scale marinas or personal boat dock projects. They come in a variety of sizes including 12”, 16”, 20”, 24”, 32” and 36” floats.

 

WARRANTY

Eagle Floats™ are warrantied for 15 years, covering cracking, peeling and ultra-violet degradation, which causes the float to loose it resiliency against strikes from boats or other watercraft under normal conditions.
