Meet Tim Bubniak
Tim Bubniak has been part of the Discovery Bay waterfront community since 2004 and began working with docks and decks in 2005. A former construction industry professional and business owner, Tim brings decades of practical experience, local knowledge, and an understanding of waterfront properties.
Today, Tim serves on the Reclamation District 800 Board and is also involved with Camp Gold Star, where his construction experience and local connections support the project's development.
An avid bass fisherman, Tim enjoys life on the water and spending time on the pontoon boat with his granddaughters.
